Orders & Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are subject to change without notice.
Orders can be placed through our website, WhatsApp, or by phone call.
Orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you promptly.
Bulk orders may qualify for special discounts. Please contact us directly for customized quotes.
Errors in pricing or product descriptions may occur, and we reserve the right to correct them before processing an order.

3. Payment Terms

Payment must be made in full at the time of order confirmation.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for Faisalabad orders.
Online payment options (Bank Transfer/EasyPaisa/JazzCash) will be shared during order confirmation if available.
Orders are only processed after payment confirmation (for online payments).

4. Delivery & Shipping Policy

We offer fast delivery within Faisalabad, especially on Jhang Road and nearby areas.
Delivery timelines range from same-day to 2 working days depending on order size and location.
Delivery charges may apply and will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.
HBC Stationers is not responsible for delivery delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, strikes, courier delays).

5. Returns & Exchange Policy

Products can be exchanged within 3 days of purchase if found damaged or defective.
Items must be returned in unused condition with original packaging.
No returns or exchanges on used or opened products, unless proven to be defective.
Return shipping charges (if applicable) will be discussed on a case-by-case basis.
No cash refunds — exchanges or store credit only.

6. Product Descriptions & Images

We strive to display product descriptions and images as accurately as possible.
However, slight variations in color, packaging, or design may occur due to manufacturer changes.
HBC Stationers is not liable for minor discrepancies in product appearance.
